In one of the bizarre videos that have surfaced online, a man can be seen acting strangely, as if he were a dog.
In the short clip that showed the young man holding iPhones in his hands, he was spotted standing close to a car and the only sound that could be heard from him was the sound likened to the bark from a dog.
