
Nkrabea Effah Dartey, the legal counsel for Galamsey queen Aisha Huang, has revealed that the accused is married to a Ghanaian businessman.
Galamsey Queen Aisha Huang appeared in court today, along with three other suspects involved in illegal mining. The court found her not guilty but refused to grant her bail.

Speaking to the Eyewitness News of Citic FM after the trial today, Nkrabea Effa Dartey said, “I know she is married to a Ghanaian. I know this because of her Ghanaian husband, a businessman in Kumasi and a master’s degree holder from a Chinese University. He came to my office to engage me as a lawyer.”
Aisha Huang and the other three suspects appeared in court earlier today, Wednesday, September 14, and pleaded not guilty to the two charges of mining without a license and selling and purchasing minerals without a valid license.

Aisha Huang is on trial alongside three other Chinese nationals: Jong Li Hua, Huang Jei, and Huaid Hai Hun.
