Captain (rtd) Nkrabea Effah Dartey, a private legal practitioner, has revealed that he is no longer representing Evangelist Mama Pat, also known as Nana Agradaa, in court.
The beleaguered woman of God is currently being held in police custody on suspicion of defrauding her church members after organizing an all-night event last Friday.

Nana Agradaa made headlines once more after a video taken on the grounds of her church went viral on social media. According to the alleged victims, Nana Agradaa asked them to bring their money so she could double it, which she did not do.
The lawyer explained that he decided to stop representing Nana Agradaa because he felt uneasy. He revealed that his visit to Nana Agradaa’s house made him realize that his spirit, as a born-again Christian, did not agree with his actions.

“Agradaa, please, she hired me as her lawyer for a few weeks,” he explained to Kofi Adoma of Kofi TV fame.
“I paid a visit to her house. My spirit was not at ease in her surroundings because I am a born-again Christian, and I didn’t feel at ease, so I stopped being her lawyer,” he added.

Nana Agradaa is currently charged with two counts of defrauding by false pretenses and is scheduled to appear in court today, October 13, 2022.
