On November 22, 2022, the Ghanaian singer tweeted that if Ghana won by the aforementioned margin, she would resign.

Her statement, however, has been retracted. In response to Zion Feliz’s tweet, the ‘Weather’ singer clarified that she was joking.
“Y’all can’t take a joke,” she said, laughing emojis flying.
On paper, Ghana’s chances of defeating Portugal in the World Cup 2022 on Thursday, November 24, are slim.
