In the current World Cup match against Ghana, Portugal was awarded a penalty, but Black Sherif and other Ghanaians believe the decision was unjust.
“They rob wonna,” said the Ghanaian musician on social media. Other Ghanaian celebrities, such as Sista Afia and Joselyn Dumas, have taken to social media to protest the sentence.
“They took advantage of us. “God, do something,” tweeted Ghanaian singer Sista Afia. The penalty was given after Mohamed Salisu collided with Ronaldo while attempting to strike.
The former Manchester United player converted the penalty and scored the game’s opening goal.
Portugal led Ghana 3 goals to 1 after Dede Ayew equalized in the 88th minute. The match against Ghana’s Black Stars ended in a 3-2 defeat.
