Prophet Kofi Oduro, the head of Alabaster International Ministries, has chastised Reverend Christian Kwabena Andrews, aka Osofo Kyiri Abosom, for openly admitting infidelity.
Kyiri Abosom’s adultery and promotion of it, according to Prophet Oduro, cast doubt on his spirituality.
“Let this nonsense and madness that has entered Christ’s body comes to an end. For a preacher to stand on a pulpit to say that I have made a baby out of wedlock, what nonsense is that?
“That is a shrine, not a church,” I say. You are not a preacher, a witch doctor, or a palm reader; you are an astrologer. “You are a fetish,” Prophet Oduro told churchgoers during a service.
His statement comes after Kyiri Abosom announced that he had divorced his wife due to an adultery misunderstanding.
While admitting to his congregation that he fathered a child outside of marriage, the pastor made it clear that he felt no remorse for his actions.
However, according to Prophet Oduro, the pastor’s adultery and the manner in which he divorced his wife are both grave sins.
Kyriri Abosom had recently announced his divorce, blaming his ex-wife for destroying his reputation.
Osofo Kyiri Abosom elaborated on the events that led to his divorce from Princess Andrews, including the role that having a “beautiful child” outside of their marriage played in their decision to divorce.
As a reminder, Osofo Kyiri Abosom, a politician and the founder of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), ran for president in December 2022.
