The Turkish authorities have officially declared that there are no signs of human life in the rubble where Christian Atsu and the other earthquake victims were allegedly trapped after ten days of searching.
This new information was only released about 5 hours ago, making it difficult to determine Christian Atsu’s current condition, including whether or not he is alive.
Meanwhile, the player’s shoes were discovered two days ago in his flat in Hataysapor’s Renaissance building.

TTK miners also discovered some of his personal belongings, such as clothes, bedsheets, and other personal items, increasing the likelihood that he was still alive beneath the rubble.
Prior to the release of this heartbreaking report, Hatayspor officials confirmed earlier yesterday that Christian Atsu was able to escape the first earthquake at 4:17 a.m. (6th February 2023) because he had not slept at the time.
He later dashed to the parking garage to retrieve his car, and it was during this time (20 minutes later) that the Renessaiance building completely collapsed as a result of the second earthquake.
It is now widely assumed that he slipped in between when the building was tilted.
