A video circulating on the internet that has sparked outrage depicts a senior student bullying a junior student.

The disturbing video has been widely shared on social media in order to identify the bully and punish him.
In the viral video, the senior student whipped the junior student on his knees with a belt, as if he owed him something.
The senior slapped the junior from behind after being dissatisfied with the belt-beating. He did this in full view of other students, who appeared to be cheering him on.

The incident is said to have occurred at Akwatia Technical Institute in the Eastern Region’s Akwatia district of Denkyembour.
